Our Philosophy

To be successful in today’s game, we believe a TPH Athlete must possess three qualities: overall skill, sports sense, and competitiveness. At the same time, we improve a player’s strength, speed, athleticism, and endurance, to create an elite TPH Athlete.

Five training phases, daily training themes, positive hands-on coaching, innovative methods, and video analysis are utilized to accelerate the development process of The TPH Athlete and prepare each individual for advancement to the highest levels.

The TPH Center of Excellence training program is designed for aspiring elite student-athletes who are willing to invest their time and effort into personal growth. At TPH we recognize that individual skill focus often gets neglected due to busy competition schedules, lack of facility accessibility after academic hours, and team-centric coaching.
